She also operates in the capacity of the Chief Advisor to the Board on best practices in corporate governance and has full responsibility for regulatory compliance.

David has over 20 years experience working with Business Intelligence products. His experience includes over 10 years working as a Cognos Developer mastering wide range of IBM Cognos Dashboarding, reporting, and ETL tools and over 5 years as a Data warehousing consulting project manager. Consulted for over 50 companies spanning multiple Industries, David has governance responsibilities for the technological direction of the company.

Les started his professional career in 1985 with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he serviced small to medium size businesses and individuals in the areas of tax planning, tax compliance and accounting services. Les holds a CPA license in Florida, a Master of Taxation degree and a Master Certificate of Specialization in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University. Les maintains a membership in both the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Society of Tax Professionals. Les has governance responsibilities over the financial and tax reporting of the company.
